Kensington House
The design compresses a two-storey 3-bedroom house onto a site of only 137m², whilst opening up to natural light and outlook on three sides. By day dappled by the shade of plane trees, at night the house is transformed by direct and indirect lighting. Its form and materials robustly refer to the railway opposite and to the area’s industrial heritage.
